Wundorguard Private Limited (“Company”) distributes its products throughout India. We make every effort to ship your orders as soon as possible. However, your delivery may take longer than expected, in which case we will notify you through email.

From the date of order, all orders are typically delivered in 4-5 working days for large cities and 7-10 days for regional cities. We do not, however, guarantee a certain delivery date. Extreme weather conditions, governmental regulatory operations, or other factors beyond our control may cause the delivery to be delayed.

While placing a purchase, we gather the following information from the customer/user:

• Name of the recipient; 
• Address of the recipient; 
• Phone number of the recipient; 
• Email address of the recipient; and/or 
• Any additional information we may require at the time of placing the order.

The order will be delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of purchase. The Company is not liable for any damages to the products that arise after delivery.

Cancellation of the product: You have up to 72 hours following the time of order creation to request the cancellation of a confirmed order.
